In the event that the web account becomes locked, or the password is forgotten, you must call (248) 969‐2000, or toll free (800) 443‐4290, in order to have the password reset. To complete
the request, you will be asked a security question in order to verify you are authorized to access the account. Although this question is asked on the website, it will not unlock or correct a problem with the account, you must call for assistance.
Once the web store account has been setup we will send an email to the address listed above
with a temporary password for access. You should log into the account and change the
password to one of your choosing. Passwords can be any combination of letters (upper/lower
case), numbers and special characters.
